AND ...
I am FINALLY beginning to work on The Handball Court! (I kid you not, it really was a handball court when they built this place in 1928). Here's the hall outside which shows some of the way things were before I began the studios only better, really much better than it was. There will be a storage room, a dressing room and another toilet here.

And here we have the interior... 19' x 35' with a 12'3" ceiling...lots of work to do, it's going to be amazing when it's finished if I ever get there....
Just to give you an idea, the rest of the place looked like this or worse so it's doable. Somehow it never gets easier though.
